Our exciting 4 days lodge safari in Tanzania takes you to three of Northern Tanzania’s premier safari destinations: Tarangire National Park, famous for its elephant population and baobab trees; the legendary Serengeti National Park, home to the Big Cats and the Great Migration; and the iconic Ngorongoro Crater, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of the best places in Africa to see the Big Five all in just four days.
DAY 1 : Arusha – Tarangire National Park
After breakfast in Arusha, drive to Tarangire National Park for a full-day game drive. The park is famous for its ancient baobab trees and dense wildlife population, especially large herds of elephants. Enjoy watching various animals gather at the Tarangire River, including lions, wildebeests, zebras, and giraffes. In the late afternoon, transfer to your lodge located near the park for dinner and an overnight stay.

DAY 2 : Tarangire – Serengeti National Park
After breakfast, leave Tarangire and enjoy a scenic drive through the Ngorongoro Highlands on your way to Serengeti National Park. Arrive in time for an afternoon game drive across the vast plains, home to an incredible density of wildlife including lions, cheetahs, elephants, and wildebeest. As the sun sets, head to your lodge inside or near the Serengeti for dinner and overnight.

DAY 3 : Serengeti – Ngorongoro Conservation Area
Wake up early for a sunrise game drive in the Serengeti to catch the predators in action and enjoy the morning light over the savannah. After breakfast, continue exploring the central Serengeti before beginning your journey to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. En route, there’s an option to visit a Maasai village or the Olduvai Gorge. Arrive at your lodge on the crater rim in the evening for dinner and overnight.

DAY 4 : Ngorongoro Crater – Arusha
After an early breakfast, descend into the Ngorongoro Crater for a spectacular half-day game drive. The crater is a haven for wildlife, where you can spot the Big Five, including the endangered black rhino. You’ll also see herds of zebras, wildebeests, flamingos, and more. Enjoy a picnic lunch by a hippo-filled pool before ascending and starting your return journey to Arusha, arriving in the early evening.
