Day by day

  1. Day 1

    Arrive in Arusha

    Airport welcome, transfer to your hotel and a relaxed safari briefing.

  2. Day 2

    Tarangire National Park

    A full day among Tarangire's elephant herds, river lines and baobab-studded hills.

  3. Day 3

    North Serengeti

    Drive through the Ngorongoro highlands into the Serengeti to meet the migration, with a night game drive at Ikoma.

  4. Day 4

    Mwanza and Lake Victoria

    Continue west to Mwanza on Lake Victoria, visiting the Sukuma Museum and the lakeside fish markets.

  5. Day 5

    A day on the lake

    Explore Lake Victoria's shoreline and islands with birdwatching and time on the water.

  6. Day 6

    Mwanza life

    A day inside our home city: markets, local culture and the rhythms of the lake economy few visitors ever see.

  7. Day 7

    Back to the Serengeti

    Return east into the Serengeti for an afternoon game drive and a campfire dinner under the stars.

  8. Day 8

    Serengeti at leisure

    A gentler half-day of wildlife viewing with time to rest and soak in the plains.

  9. Day 9

    Ngorongoro Crater

    Descend into the crater for a final day of dense wildlife viewing, then continue to Moshi.

  10. Day 10

    Depart

    Transfer to Kilimanjaro International Airport, with an optional Zanzibar extension if you want to end on the beach.
